Everyone is familiar with the micro gear pump, but for the use of words, the start-up step of the micro gear pump is also very important, then how to operate it, most people do not know that, today to understand the start-up step of the micro gear pump: 1、用手轉動齒輪泵聯軸節，應感覺輕快，受力均勻。

1. Turn the gear pump coupling by hand, it should feel light and force uniformly.

2、檢查泵的旋轉方向是否正確，應與泵體上標牌所指示的方向相符合，如果沒有特殊要求，一般的齒輪泵站在電機端看，均為左進右出。

2. Check whether the rotating direction of the pump is correct or not, it should be in accordance with the direction indicated by the sign on the pump body. If there is no special requirement, the general gear pump station looks at the motor end, all of them are Left-in and right-out.

3、檢查液壓系統有沒有卸荷回路，防止滿載啟動或停機。

3. Check whether the hydraulic system has unloading circuit to prevent full-load start-up or shutdown.

4、檢查系統中的安全閥是否在調定的許可壓力范圍。

4. Check whether the safety valve in the system is within the allowable pressure range.

5、在排油口灌滿介質，以免泵啟動時因干磨造成內部部件損壞。

5. Fill the outlet with medium to avoid damage of internal parts caused by dry grinding when the pump starts.

6、不少于2秒的空負荷運轉，檢查泵的運轉聲音是否正常和液流的方向是否正確。

6. No less than 2 seconds of no-load operation, check whether the sound of pump operation is normal and the direction of fluid flow is correct.

7、將溢流閥的壓力調整到1.0MPA以下轉動10秒左右，檢查系統的動作，外泄漏、噪聲、溫升等是否正常。

7. Adjust the pressure of the relief valve to less than 1.0 MPA and rotate for about 10 seconds. Check the operation of the system, whether the leakage, noise, temperature rise are normal or not.

8、將溢流閥的壓力調整至液壓系統的安全保護壓力運行范圍。

8. Adjust the pressure of the relief valve to the safe protection pressure range of the hydraulic system.

9、點動電動機，看泵的轉動，聲音等是否正常。

9. Point the motor to see whether the pump rotates and the sound is normal.
